Horizon Development Baltics is looking for:

• Senior Partner, Scandinavia: To join our business development activities with the public and private sectors in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Experience in sub-contracting and outsourcing required. Previous experience with one of the Scandinavian governments a plus.
• Senior Partner, Corporate Law, Estonia: To join our corporate law practice in the Baltic States. Good experience in inter-Baltic States and in Russia expected. Experience working with clients from Scandinavian countries and Western Europe a plus. Fluency in English, Russian and one of the three Baltic languages an absolute requirement.
• Manager, Business Development, Russia: Native Russian with several years of relevant experience managing a large size company or business development operations in Northern Russia. Experience working in Europe or North America a plus. Fluency in English an absolute requirement.
• Manager, Outsourcing and Sub-contracting, Baltic States, Central Europe, Russia: Native of one of the areas with at least 5 years experience in subcontracting with Western companies. Absolute fluency in English and Russian required in addition to knowledge of local language. Finnish and Swedish a plus. Experience in light manufacturing, wholesale distribution, wood products or food processing a plus.
• Several Consultants with expertise in the various areas of Horizon Development Baltics and fluency in English.
• Several Junior Analysts with background in public finance and experience in one or more of the three Baltic countries. Absolute computer and English fluency a must, knowledge of Russian and commercial law a plus.

• Experience in hotel and plane reservations a must
• Fluency in English and Estonian an absolute requirement

The Massachusetts Training Institute is looking for:

Several instructors in business English, Finnish, Spanish, Swedish and Russian
